A group of 12 university students needed cost-effective transportation of their belongings from various student accommodations back to their family homes across England and Scotland at the end of term. With limited budgets, tight schedules, and destinations ranging from London to Glasgow, they required a flexible, affordable solution that could consolidate multiple pickups and deliver to various locations efficiently.

Our Tactics & Strategy
1. Consolidated Collection
We scheduled staggered pickup times across 6 different student houses in Newcastle and Sunderland, maximizing vehicle efficiency and reducing per-student costs through shared logistics.
2. Smart Route Planning
Our logistics team mapped optimal delivery routes grouping students by region (North East, Yorkshire, Midlands, London, Scotland) to minimize fuel costs and time, passing savings to customers.
3. Flexible Storage Option
For 3 students not returning home immediately, we offered 4 weeks free secure storage in our Washington facility, with delivery scheduled for July.
4. Student-Friendly Service
We provided clear online booking, split payment options, real-time tracking, and friendly communication understanding the stress of exam periods and moving.
